Barre is a low-impact ballet-inspired fitness class, which focuses on small, repetitive body weight movements. Barre improves body and mind concentration, strengthens core muscles, and improves posture and flexibility. Pilates and barre classes complement each other as both engage and strengthen core stability.
I accept a maximum of 10 people per class to ensure that I offer a personal and bespoke service to every member of the class.
