Pilates teaches various breathing techniques to enhance relaxation, lower blood pressure and activate specific muscles that help improve posture. It increases core stability and enhances mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. It also promotes strength and balanced muscle development, increased flexibility and mobility within the joints. Moreover, it is easily adapted for any fitness level.
I offer classes ranging from beginner to advanced and accept a maximum of 10 people per class to ensure that I offer a personal and bespoke service to every member of the class.
Please make sure that you bring an exercise mat to this class.
