You’re not alone. Everyone has to start somewhere. Congratulations on taking the first step to change your life.

No two people are the same; everyone has different short and long term goals. I understand and welcome this diversity. Working out should be fun, it should be inspirational; it should motivate and energise you; most importantly it should make you happy. I promise to change your idea of working out forever.

I offer a free pre-training meeting to gain an understanding of your needs and allow me to create the most efficient and effective programme for you. I want to help you set targets, fix negative behaviour and provide you with an education, better habits, and the understanding that great health and fitness is a lifelong pursuit rather than a short-term fix. 

Once I have created your bespoke programme we will begin training. Your programme will be adaptable for you to repeat at home if you so wish. I will help you to stay motivated and set you short and long term goals to work towards.

I will bring a fresh perspective to your workouts.

I offer one-to-one sessions for general fitness, pilates, prenatal pilates, postnatal pilates and barre.
