Did you know? Every tiger in the world is unique – no two tigers have the same pattern of stripes. We recognise that, similarly, every child is unique, and we embrace, promote and celebrate that uniqueness. 

Tiger Training is run by a qualified personal trainer and children’s fitness instructor with the goal of improving childrens’ overall health and well-being through fun, multi- sport activities. 

Tiger Training is a great way for children to get fit whilst also developing their confidence, and enhancing their teamwork and motor performance skills.
