Body Pump Classes

Body Pump is a 45 minute full-body workout, suitable for all fitness levels. Body Pump will help shape and tone your body through using a combined use of dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells.

This class will help improve your muscle strength, core stability, flexibility and overall body definition.

I accept a maximum of 8 people per class to ensure that I offer a personal and bespoke service to every member of the class.

Please make sure that you bring an exercise mat to this class.
